When you order, we’ll ask for details about the person that’s died, and for details of the funeral arrangements, plus contact details of the funeral director. We’ll work with them to make sure the flowers arrive smoothly, with care, exactly when and where they need to be. We usually make sure they arrive at least 2 hours before the start of the funeral.

Funeral flowers refer to flower arrangements sent directly to a service whereas sympathy flowers or bereavement flowers often refer to flowers sent to the relatives or friends of the person who has died.
