  • Don’t worry if you need them fast, many of our florists across the world can deliver same day or next day

  • If you’re sending flowers abroad a lot, get yourself a delivery pass for £22 / €28 (it gets you free international delivery for a year – which is usually £12 / €16 each time)

Buy a platinum delivery pass for £22 / €28 and you’ll get free international flower delivery for a whole year – plus all other kinds of delivery for free too. You’ll only have to send two bouquets abroad to start saving.

You tell us the country your sending blooms to, plus all the important details. We’ll then co-ordinate with the nearest florist to the address the flowers are going to. They’ll craft a gorgeous fresh bouquet and deliver it.

Our florists often cover a big area, so must plan their delivery routes carefully. They’ll get in touch with the recipient to make sure they’re around for the delivery – this makes sure their blooms don’t do any longer journeys than necessary.

We can! If it’s a hotel we’ll need:

  • The full address of the hotel

  • A telephone number

  • The name of the lucky someone getting blooms

  • Their room number is a bonus.

If it’s to celebrate a honeymoon, make sure you know the surname the couple is using.

Their blooms will be delivered to hotel reception, and the signature of the person there will be proof of delivery.

If it’s a cruise ship we’ll need to know:

  • The date and time the ship is sailing or docking

  • The shipping line

  • Dock number

  • Cabin number (if you know it).

Your gift will be delivered to the ship/port reception and signed for by the staff there (this is your proof of delivery). Isn’t the power of a network of florists amazing!

Yes! We only work with local florists; this makes sure no flowers go on long journeys and they arrive look fresh and beautiful.

No, we don’t deliver to PO boxes anywhere because we need someone there to welcome the lovely blooms.
